FloWorks International LLC has announced the acquisition of CAC Industrial Equipment Ltd, a pump and parts distributor headquartered in Victoria, British Columbia. CAC also provides repair services and caters to a wide range of industrial end markets, including mining, aggregate, water, and more.
Scott Jackson, CEO of FloWorks, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating:

This acquisition marks the fifth completed by FloWorks since being under the ownership of Wynnchurch Capital.
