Armstrong Fluid Technology has introduced Armstrong Industrial, a dedicated division that unites the company’s industrial expertise into a single, streamlined offering.
The new division combines Armstrong Gas Transmission Systems and RMI Pressure Systems, enabling a focused, efficient approach to meeting fluid and gas pumping requirements across sectors such as mining, food processing, energy, and manufacturing.
Organised into two specialised units – one for fluid and one for gas – Armstrong Industrial delivers targeted solutions for diverse applications. The fluid unit serves industries including metals and non-metals manufacturing, glass production, pulp and paper, food processing, and mining. The gas unit supports oil and gas operations, as well as energy and utilities.
Joe Keenan, Global Managing Director of Industrial Fluid Flow Solutions at Armstrong Fluid Technology, said the integration gives customers single-channel access to market-leading technologies that advance sustainability goals through energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
“Armstrong Industrial gives us a clear sector focus, streamlining access to our innovative fluid flow solutions,” Keenan explained. “Our customers benefit from decades of expertise and built-in intelligence in many of our products, applied with a customer-first mindset.”
Michael Cline has been appointed General Manager of Armstrong Industrial.
“Armstrong Industrial is about delivering sustainable efficiencies,” Cline said. “Through demand-based control and digital optimisation, our high-pressure pumping systems, intelligent controls, and specialised services will boost operational performance, cut energy costs, reduce emissions, and even conserve water in certain applications.”
