The move brings the internationally recognised D-Lok range of compression fittings, instrumentation tubing and accessories into the ENERGYValves portfolio, strengthening the company’s ability to deliver complete flow control and instrumentation solutions.
According to Preshan Pillay, Valves Sales Manager at ENERGYValves, the decision was driven by customer demand.
“Many of our valve automation customers were already using the D-Lok range. Integrating instrumentation into the valves division enables us to provide end-to-end solutions, allowing customers to source valves, actuation and instrumentation from one trusted supplier,” he explains.

By combining valves, actuators and instrumentation fittings under one division, ENERGYValves aims to simplify procurement while improving compatibility across process systems.

To strengthen technical support, ENERGYValves has appointed Sizwe Nkosi as its dedicated Instrumentation Specialist.
The D-Lok portfolio includes more than 1,000 instrumentation fitting solutions available in both metric and imperial sizes, serving applications across mining, water purification, manufacturing and industrial automation.
According to Nkosi, customer adoption continues to grow, with existing valve customers increasingly incorporating D-Lok products into their operations.
“As automation becomes more widely adopted across African industries, reliable instrumentation fittings will continue to play an important role in ensuring efficient and dependable process control,” he says.
