DXP Enterprises Inc has completed the acquisitions of Premierflow LLC and Mid Atlantic Storage Systems Inc, strengthening its integrated pump systems, water and wastewater, and fire protection capabilities across North America.
The two businesses will be integrated into DXP’s Innovative Pumping Solutions segment and are expected to support the company’s continued diversification across end markets, including water and wastewater, fire suppression, data centres and HVAC process industries.
Premierflow is a provider of integrated fluid handling pump systems serving the fire protection, water and wastewater supply, data centre and HVAC markets. Mid Atlantic Storage Systems, founded in 1984 and headquartered in Washington Court House, Ohio, is a one-stop solution provider of liquid storage tank products and related services, with a focus on water and wastewater, leachate, data centres and fire suppression.
Commenting on the transactions, David Little, chairman and CEO of DXP, said: “These acquisitions are consistent with our growth strategy and demonstrate our commitment to expanding DXP into varied end markets as well as maintaining our leading position as the largest distributor of rotating equipment in North America.”
For the eleven months ending 30 November 2025, the combined businesses generated sales of approximately US$93.7 million and adjusted EBITDA of US$20.9 million. The definitive agreements were signed on 1 January 2026.

Kyle Butts, president of Mid Atlantic Storage Systems, said the acquisition would enhance DXP’s water platform while supporting continued growth and scale.
DXP expects the acquisitions to be accretive to earnings and to add more than 185 employees, further expanding its presence in key pump, water and rotating equipment markets.
