FCH has completed the acquisition of Axiflow Technologies, a specialist in sanitary twin-screw pump solutions for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors.
The move marks FCH’s entry into the twin-screw pump segment and reinforces its position as a technology-driven manufacturer of hygienic and high-purity flow components. FCH supplies engineered solutions for critical applications across the data cooling, food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
Axiflow is known for its proprietary twin-screw pump technology developed for demanding sanitary environments where product integrity, reliability and cleanability are essential. The acquisition strengthens FCH’s technical expertise and expands its ability to support customers with complex, high-purity processing requirements.
Under the new structure, Axiflow will retain commercial autonomy, continuing to manage its existing sales organisation, customer relationships and technical direction. Its engineering and manufacturing teams will work alongside FCH’s broader technical resources to enhance application support and ensure long-term product availability.
“The addition of Axiflow to the FCH platform enhances our ability to meet the needs of sanitary process customers,” said Scott Kerns, CEO of FCH. “By combining Axiflow’s specialised twin-screw pump technology with FCH’s resources, we can deliver more responsive service and a broader range of reliable, high-quality solutions, while preserving the technical focus and customer relationships that define Axiflow.”
The transaction marks the ninth acquisition since Audax Private Equity acquired FCH in 2022, highlighting continued investment in proprietary technologies and advanced manufacturing capabilities serving hygienic and high-performance process markets.
