PumpMan hires new general manager of Pump Systems

Brett Hanson has joined PumpMan as the new general manager of Pump Systems.

Hanson will be responsible for growing the Federal Pump and Alyan Pump brands with operations in Brooklyn, New York; and Folcroft, Pennsylvania, USA.

“We are fortunate to have Brett join the PumpMan team,” said Donald Devine, PumpMan’s CEO. “Brett’s deep experience in the pump industry will be a great asset to the company and enable him to lead a successful transformation of Federal Pump, a Brooklyn, NY based pump company with more than 90 years of success serving the New York City market.”

Hanson’s industry experience includes time in outside sales at Godwin Pumps, and as a regional manager for Crane Pumps & Systems.

He has a BS in Management from Western New England University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management.

PumpMan, which is based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, is a service and repair company which focuses on onsite repair of water and wastewater pump and motor systems in the commercial, industrial and municipal markets throughout North America.
