SPX Flow Expands Global Service Network with Over 30 Authorized Providers

SPX Flow has substantially expanded its Pump Solutions service network, growing from just five to more than 30 certified or in-process Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) worldwide.

The expansion boosts aftersales support for Johnson Pump and Bran+Luebbe equipment, ensuring customers receive faster, localized service and OEM-level expertise—especially in regions where direct access to SPX Flow resources was previously limited.

Authorized Service Providers are an essential extension of our service model,” said Stephanie White, Vice President of Aftermarket for Pump Solutions at SPX Flow. “They give customers the confidence of OEM-quality repair and support, no matter where they operate. This investment enables faster response times, localized expertise, and consistent service standards globally.”

Each ASP undergoes rigorous training and certification to align with the technical standards of SPX Flow’s facilities in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, India, and the US. The expanded program underscores the company’s strategy to bring OEM expertise closer to end users while improving service consistency and reducing turnaround times.

“Having direct access to SPX Flow pump experts provides the flexibility and responsiveness needed when unexpected failures occur,” said Mark Tuinman, Head of Sales at Nordic Flow AS, one of the newly added providers. “The SPX Flow team once hand-delivered critical parts to Norway to keep a project on schedule. That’s real partnership.”

Several ASPs also maintain localized inventories, enabling quicker parts fulfilment and more efficient regional stock management. SPX Flow plans further expansions in 2026, broadening global access to genuine parts and technical support.

“There’s no better time to announce this growth than during World Quality Week, as quality providers highlight SPX Flow’s ongoing commitment to service excellence,” White added.
