Watson-Marlow appoints new operations and supply director

Abdul Butt has joined Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group (WMFTG) as operations and supply director.

Butt will be responsible for building a flexible and resilient supply chain that will enable further growth for the company.

He will be part of the WMFTG executive team and report directly to managing director Andrew Mines.

Butt comes to WMFTG with extensive experience in manufacturing and operational Excellence, including 20 years at GKN Plc. He has also served as CEO of one of Melrose Industries’s divisions, and most recently as chief operating officer of MPP.
