Visit booth #3329 to learn about proven, reliable manufacturing of pumps for the most demanding wastewater applications including chemical metering and sludge processing
NETZSCH Pumps USA, a global leader in complex fluid handling solutions and North American manufacturing, will be showcasing its advanced, field-proven equipment for demanding wastewater applications at WEFTEC 2026, taking place September 26 – 30 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. Visit booth #3329 to see the NEMO® FSIP® Progressing Cavity Pump, the N.Durance™ Tungsten Carbide Fusion Coating Technology, the PERIPRO® Peristaltic Hose Pump, the N.Mac® Twin Shaft Grinder, and the TORNADO® T1 Generation F Rotary Lobe Pump its newest and largest version, the XXLB.

The NEMO® Full Service-in-Place (FSIP®) Progressing Cavity Pump is designed for applications that demand continuous, gentle, and low-pulsation conveyance or metering. Its FSIP® design allows for easy access to all rotating parts, enabling quick service without having to remove the pump, disconnect the piping or electrical for servicing. It is ideal for handling viscous, shear-sensitive, solids laden liquids, as well as abrasive media in a wide range of wastewater applications.
The N.Durance™ Tungsten Carbide Fusion Coating Technology is a breakthrough surface treatment engineered to maximize the service life and reliability of NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps. Developed through extensive research and testing for abrasive and harsh applications, the N.Durance™ coating provides a robust, long-term solution where uptime, durability, and cost efficiency are critical. Designed for highly abrasive and corrosive applications, N.Durance™ delivers a level of protection and performance far beyond traditional coating technologies such as hard chrome plating, HVOF, and plasma spray systems.
The PERIPRO® Peristaltic Pump is the latest generation of peristaltic hose pumps, designed for heavy-duty applications (24/7 operation) with the ability to handle a wide range of flow rates with pressures up to 150 psi. Ideal for complex fluids, including abrasive, corrosive, viscous, and delicate products, the PERIPRO® pump features large, easy-to-maintain rollers that extend service life. Its robust design offers up to 30 percent energy savings and requires 90 percent less lubricant compared to other hose pumps using shoe technology. Enhanced leak detection further ensures reliability and longevity, making it a powerful and durable addition to the NETZSCH pump portfolio.

The N.Mac® Twin Shaft Grinder is ideal for wastewater treatment, biogas and biomass plants, food, animal processing, and other waste and industrial applications. Featuring cartridge cutting knives for quick and simple replacement and servicing, the N.Mac® offers quenched lubricated mechanical seals for indefinite dry running capability. The mechanical seal cartridge design is a leak-free combination of mechanical seal and bearing cartridges that enables fast and simple maintenance. Available in both channel and inline (flanged) housing construction, the N.Mac® can be installed into influent channels or upstream from a pump, including mounted above an open hopper pump to mix and grind all in one solution.
The TORNADO® T1 Generation F Series Rotary Lobe Pump is an extremely versatile solution for wastewater treatment applications requiring high flow at low to medium pressures in a compact package suitable for almost any orientation or installation. Capable of handling various viscosities, solids, temperatures, abrasive materials, and corrosive environments, this pump offers exceptional operational reliance, longevity, and dry-run capabilities. The Full Service-in-Place process side allows for easy maintenance (without having to remove piping), while the NETZSCH Gearbox Security System protects critical timing gear components, reducing the total cost of ownership. The Generation F series offers up to 25 percent more efficiency, with enhanced flange sealing, one-piece housing, and advanced materials, ensuring long-term, reliable performance.

The newest and largest version in the series, the XXLB, expands the pump’s capacity to the highest duty points in wastewater applications. This newest XXLB model is larger and more compact than previous models, allowing for higher pressures and increased capability. It has all of the same features as the rest of the series as well as improvements: reversible wearplates, various seal options (single, single component, cartridge, double cartridge), lower power consumption, and single piece housings with integral flanges.
