Sulzer has announced the acquisition of Davies and Mills, a Bahrain-based electromechanical services (EMS) provider, expanding its footprint in the Middle East to six service locations and adding 53 experienced employees to its Bahrain operations.
The new facility enhances Sulzer’s regional service offerings with maintenance and repair services for rotating equipment, including generators, alternators, motors, and pumps. This acquisition also strengthens Sulzer’s presence in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
By combining Davies and Mills’ technical expertise with Sulzer’s extensive regional footprint and global network, the company is positioned as a leading electromechanical service provider in the Middle East.
